Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions for using the Blyck website and desktop app (the "Service") provided by Firsti Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blyck for the duration of your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service.

2. Subscription and free trial

• 14-day free trial: you can use the features during the trial period.
• Automatic billing: if you have registered a payment method, your subscription starts automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly/yearly) when the trial ends.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Prices, taxes, and billing cycles follow what is shown at the time of payment. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account and license key secure.
• You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the systems and data you access or operate through the Service.

5. Changes and discontinuation of the Service

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service, and will give reasonable advance notice of material changes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as-is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims express and implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to the Daejeon District Court as the court of first instance.
