Refund Policy

This policy explains the free trial, cancellation, and refund conditions for Blyck subscriptions. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).

1. 14-day free trial

• You can use the features during the trial period (14 days).
• If you cancel within the trial period, you are not charged.
• If a payment method is registered when the trial ends, the subscription starts and is billed automatically.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation you can continue using the Service through the remaining billing cycle, after which automatic renewal stops. You can cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or via Contact.

3. Refunds

• General principle: partial refunds for a billing cycle that has already started may not be provided.
• Billing errors: clear errors such as duplicate or incorrect charges are fully refunded.
• Statutory right of withdrawal: any rights of withdrawal or refund granted by the consumer protection laws of your region take precedence over this policy.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, the actual deposit may take additional time.
